The Bicycle Man / Chalo Chitrakoot Campaign / Bundelkhand Campaign


The #ChaloChitrakootCampaign is a pioneering attempt by Rohit Singh Negi Productions, also known as The BicycleMan Initiative, to create a Rural Tourism Initiative. 

Negi is a Filmmaker and Campaigns specialist who uses Road Cycling as one of his grassroots techniques to increase deep  impact in large regions… He has done Campaigns across India for over 20 years. He is passionate about promoting Rural Tourism and raising awareness of the importance of preserving rural culture.


The Chalo Chitrakoot Campaigns began in 2009. RSNPPL created The  Bicycle Man Initiative of Road Cycling from Delhi to Chitrakoot, a town in Uttar Pradesh that is known for its religious and historical significance. Along the way, they  visited villages and interacted with local people, showcasing 10 Destinations.  They have made a Film Series showcasing this Initiative which was released in 2022. 


The Chalo Chitrakoot Campaign has been a great success. It has helped to raise awareness of the potential of Rural Tourism in India. It has also inspired others to explore Rural India and to learn about its culture.

Negi continues to work on the Chalo Chitrakoot Campaign. He is now working on a Road Show to showcase  Rural Tourism as an  Initiative. 


The Chalo Chitrakoot Campaign is a valuable contribution to the development of Rural Tourism in India. It is a model for other Initiatives that are working to promote Rural Tourism and to preserve rural culture.
