Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa
Ramakrishna Paramhansa was an Indian Hindu mystic and spiritual teacher who founded the Ramakrishna Mission. He was born into a poor family in Kamarpukur, Bengal, and he began to experience spiritual visions and ecstasies at a young age. He studied the Vedas, Upanishads, and other Hindu scriptures, and he also studied the teachings of other religions, including Islam, Christianity, and Buddhism.

Swami Vivekananda was a Bengali monk, philosopher, and social reformer. He was a student of Dr William Hastie, The Principal of Scottish Church College, Kolkata. It was Hastie who explained the concept of the word "Trance" to his students & advised them to visit "Dakshineswar" Ramakrishna.  Vivekananda went on to become a chief disciple of Ramakrishna Paramhansa &  was instrumental in spreading his teachings around the world.

Vivekananda was a powerful orator, and he gave lectures on Hinduism and Vedanta philosophy in the United States and Europe. He also founded the Belur Math and Ramakrishna Mission, a Hindu monastic order that promotes social service, education, and religious tolerance.

Vivekananda was a strong progressive advocate for the Renaissance of Indian Spiritual Nationalism, and he inspired many people to join him. He was also a champion of women's rights, and he spoke out against social injustice. Vivekananda's teachings have had a profound impact on the world, and he is still revered by millions of people around the globe.

The relationship between Ramakrishna &  Vivekananda - Guru Shishya 
Ramakrishna & Vivekananda had a close and loving relationship. Vivekananda was deeply devoted to Ramakrishna, and he considered him to be his spiritual Guru. Ramakrishna, in turn, was deeply impressed by Vivekananda's intelligence and spiritual potential. He saw in Vivekananda the potential to spread his teachings to the world, and he encouraged him to do so.

Vivekananda spent the last five years of Ramakrishna's life as his closest disciple. He learned from Ramakrishna the essential teachings of Vedanta Philosophy, and he also gained a deep understanding of Ramakrishna's own spiritual realization. The Belur Math 

Belur Math is a beautiful and serene place located on the banks of the Hooghly River in Kolkata, India. It is the headquarters of the Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, and is a popular pilgrimage site for people of all faiths.
